BOOKING POLICY Minimum 100% of total amount is needed to book your tour. Need to pay booking money before one month of Umrah. Balance amount to be paid 30 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing. CANCELLATION POLICY The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below. BDT. 15,000/- per person is NON REFUNDABLE. 50% of the tour cost if cancelled between 15 to 30 days before departure. NO REFUND if cancelled within 15 days of departure. Date Change Penalty BDT. 10,000/- per person PLUS fare difference if any. For changes made between 15 to 30 days before departure or else the above cancellations shall apply. **Package Price can be changed in Saudi Arabia Embassy. **Umrah Tour date can be changed for some special reason or visa processing time taken by Saudi Arabia Embassy.
