Copies of all pages of your current and previous passport. These are to be photocopied at VFS global at time of lodgment.
Certified copies of birth certificates, showing names of both parents.
One (45X35) size photograph taken with the last 06 month.
Invitation letter from inviter in Australia, or details of Hotel Bookings.
Copies of bank statements (personal and business) over a period of time showing a consistent savings history (a bank solvency letter is not acceptable) and copies of documents which show any other funds. Statements to be stamped & signed by the Bank.
Taxation documents for the last three years (translated & notarized).
All applicants must meet character requirements, may be asked to undergo medical and x-ray examinations.
Applicants over 75 years of age and any applicant requesting a stay of 12 months must provide evidence of overseas health insurance.
Employment details:
Employed: letter from employer- stating position and salary, length of employment, confirming leave of absence and the name and contact details of the person providing the letter.
Self Employed or Businessman: a) Updated Trade license and registration documents with notarized & translated b) Company Memorandum copy c) Old business documents (if available) & other documents.
